Technical Information Mounting Direction for Relays

At the time of actual use of relays, a vertical mounting is a basic consideration. If space permits, the contacts should be mounted in a vertical plane to eliminate the attachment of dust, or powdered metal developed internally in the relay. This will also provide further resistance to vibration.
